Save the Arthouse Cinema Training

The Arthouse Cinema Training is in danger of disappearing after 19 years of continuous work.
The CICAE training is the only international programme that provides a comprehensive introduction to arthouse cinema and independent exhibition, and its disappearance would leave the sector with no alternative at this time.

A fellow alumni has started a petition calling for the support of the training. You can sign it here: and help share it!

Arthouse Cinema Awards 2022 - All the winners

• Awards

The winners of the Arthouse Cinema Awards for 2022 count with ten awarded films.

The CICAE juries were able to attend and be part of the Ciné Junior festival in Val-de-Marne (France), Berlinale Panorama and Berlinale Forum (Germany), Cinélatino Rencontres de Toulouse (France), Sarajevo Film Festival (Bosnia-Herzegovina), Cinefest Miskolc (Hungary), Annecy Cinéma Italien (France), Hamburg Film Fest (Germany), Loft Film Fest (USA) and Festival de Sevilla (Spain).

Thanks to all the festivals for hosting our CICAE jurors and to all the jurors for having spent some of their time to watch many films and to choose the winners (we know it’s not an easy job to choose among so many good independent films).
